Participant Cancellation Policy: In the event that a participant cancels registration or does not attend, tuition will be refunded minus the following cancellation fees:
$50.00 USD cancellation fee 4 weeks prior to workshop date
$100.00 USD cancellation fee 2 weeks prior to workshop date
$250.00 USD cancellation fee within 2 weeks of workshop date or anytime thereafter

Participant Attendance Policy: Participation at the entire workshop is MANDATORY. Participants who arrive late or miss any portion of the workshop will NOT be eligible for certification or a refund of any costs incurred. Plan your travel arrangements accordingly. Complete a Certification Exam with an 85% score required to receive certification. The exam will be administered during the two-day training course. Retakes of the examination are possible after the course via an online site for a re-take fee.
